  3.         For background, we publish a hypertext CD-ROM that indexes
  4.         all rules and regulations affecting auditors.  This system
  5.         has 40,000 screens and 120,000 hand-built links.  Each
  6.         monthly update adds 4,000 more screens and 15,000 links.

  8.         Here's how our runtime programs access such a CD-ROM:

  10.            HyperRez    - Because HyperRez includes a "CD path" command
  11.                          for changing directories, you can start a
  12.                          system from a floppy, change to a hard disk,
  13.                          then change again to the CD-ROM.  In addition,
  14.                          the LEFT key backsteps between all directory
  15.                          changes... meaning HyperRez easily accesses
  16.                          information on a CD-ROM regardless of the path.

  18.           Hyplus       - Hyplus functions identical to HyperRez.

  20.           PC-Hypertext - Because PC-Hypertext does not have a change
  21.                          directory command, we've use a special version
  22.                          that automatically finds the CD-ROM drive
